StarSac’s Confidentiality

We understand that confidentiality is a major issue when rendering translation & training services, thus, we undertake to maintain the strict confidentiality of your particulars and the information we receive.

We ensure that the data received by forms, e-mails or other means are exclusively destined to the established aims. We will not assign, sell or share your data to third parties to the project.

Confidentiality agreement. For those clients who consider it appropriate, StarSac will enter into a confidentiality agreement in writing with the client at no extra cost.

Whenever the client states that the information to be translated is particularly sensitive, we will apply other additional security measures. These measures may include the "fragmentation" of the texts to be translated, and/or the “deletion” of the particulars included in the document to make it completely anonymous. These operations are exclusively performed by the founders as per clients’ request. 

Information automatically obtained

StarSac uses a form to obtain data from each quote request. Together with the name of the prospective client, we record the information stated for invoicing and future contact.

Our translation services are framed within the Argentine Act 20.305 governing the activities of Sworn Translators in the Argentine Republic. Regarding Confidentiality, we adhere to the Código de Ética  (Ethics Code) of the Sworn Translator’s Association for the city of Buenos Aires.
